Affiliate Links Coordinator

Position Overview

The Affiliate Links Coordinator, internally known as the Fit Links Associate will be part of our Fit Links Data team and have a chance to develop in a dynamic and professional environment working remotely from the Philippines. You will be in charge of creating affiliate and custom links via proprietary software, generating reports, analyzing data, and other tasks for a large portfolio of B2B websites. This person will be reporting directly to our Fit Links Manager. You may do well in this role if you have past experience as a Data Entry Coordinator, Affiliate Marketer, or any position where you accurately input large amounts of data.

Working Hours: 4:00 pm to 1:00 am PHT 

What you'll do

• Develop and manage cloaked links for partner companies, tailoring them to the unique demands of specific articles, partners, and landing pages across various site placements.
• Serve as a liaison between the Fit Links team and other departments such as Partnerships and relevant teams to ensure smooth operations, swiftly addressing any updates, issues, or roadblocks.
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly link audits to optimize links and ensure link quality is maintained.
• Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary software (Fit Links, FitPixel, Traction), becoming proficient in all its functions and capabilities. This includes learning the system's nuances to ensure efficient and effective use in daily operations.
• Work seamlessly within WordPress to manage link placement, link updates, and other site-related tasks that fall within the linking team’s scope.
• Participate in 2-4 weekly meetings, often scheduled during U.S. hours, to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and partners. These meetings serve as key touchpoints for fostering communication, addressing project updates, and driving progress on initiatives.

• You have a sharp eye for detail and prioritize accuracy and integrity in your work, ensuring high-quality output.
• Comfortable working with data, you can extract insights and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• A team player who understands the importance of deadlines and consistently contributes to timely project completion.
• Adaptable and agile, you thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly pivoting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and backup connection.
