About the role and what you’ll be doing:
The Senior Solution Architect leads the practice and sets the technical vision for a solution. They work with other Solution Architects to ensure complete design and implementation oversight until the solution transitions into Production.
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses/clients and organizations.
- Problem-solvers of the tech world and be able to mentor and guide the team for technical issues.
- Laying down the standard design architecture and ensure standards are followed
- Leverage their expertise in software development and system integration to create efficient and effective solutions for clients.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders and translate their business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Design the technical architecture of the solution such as the hardware, software, and network components that are resilient, cost-effective, high-performing, and secure.
- Evaluating various technology options including the latest technology trends to determine the best fit for the solution.
- Ensuring scalability and reliability so that the solution can meet the current and future needs of the organization.
- Creating a solution prototype
- Identifying and managing technical, security, and compliance risks to ensure the solution meets the organization's standards and requirements.
- Communicating with stakeholders including executives, project managers, platform team, development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned towards the common design and working towards implementing same.
- Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Having thought leadership for setting up foundational platform or design practices

Requirements:
- 10+ years in Software Engineering
- Experience in integrating multiple systems (including Client systems) is a must
- Experience in Automation is a must
- Expertise in any scripting language (ansible, python, powershell, bash etc.)
- Expertise in writing database queries and software programming
- ServiceNow knowledge and integration experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge in IT infra and cloud is highly preferred e.g. Storage, Backup, virtualisation, databases, AWS, Azure etc.
- Experience in Business analysis, Dev Ops and Project and product management
- Bachelor/ master’s in engineering with computer science
