Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Engage in training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools would be advantageous.
