Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in German.
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or security threats in user interactions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze user feedback to enhance community engagement and content quality.
• Provide insights and suggestions for content improvement based on user trends.
• Support the development of best practices for content moderation processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or interest in content moderation or community management is preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
