Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with German-speaking clients to identify their travel desires and preferences.
  • Design and propose tailored itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and transportation to create seamless travel experiences.
  • Assist travelers with reservations, provide travel advice, and offer support before, during, and after their journeys.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise effectively.
  • Document client interactions and maintain meticulous records to enhance future service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest travel trends and regulations to provide clients with current and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Experience in travel consultancy or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and systems is advantageous.
