As a Dutch Speaking Online Service Advisor, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers through online platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our services. If you are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via online chat, email, and social media.
  • Answer customer inquiries comprehensively and efficiently.
  • Resolve issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to provide accurate information and advice.
  • Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the remote team to share insights and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and best service practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English for effective communication with the team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or online support is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer care.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Availability to work in accordance with the required schedules while residing in Greece.
