Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Retention Specialist to join our expanding team in Greece. In this crucial role, you will focus on maintaining and strengthening relationships with our Polish-speaking customers to ensure their ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Polish-speaking customers through various channels to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to encourage repeat business and provide personalized support.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Gather feedback from customers to understand their experiences and areas for improvement.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop customer retention strategies.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, retention, or a related field is preferred.
