Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and maintain productivity.
