Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch software support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Offer clear, actionable solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of software products and features.
  • Document client interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate client needs and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in software support or customer service is highly valued.

  • Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
