As a Dutch Speaking IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our Dutch-speaking clients with their technical issues. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting a range of IT problems, ensuring quick solutions, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent IT helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems effectively.
  • Offer clear and detailed instructions to clients to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members for efficient case management and support escalation.
  • Stay informed on company products and technological advancements to provide the best assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training to continually improve technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in IT helpdesk support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Must have the eligibility to work remotely in Greece.
