Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our internal support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve support processes.
  • Educate customers on product features and effective use.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in helpdesk support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
