In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch technical support. You will troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Contribute to our dynamic team and help our clients with their IT needs from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional IT support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide clear, concise instructions to help customers implement solutions.
  • Document support interactions and issues comprehensively for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely in Greece.
