• Quickly address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to travel bookings to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of bookings and client interactions for efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on current promotions, travel trends, and airline offerings to enhance the travel experience for clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
