Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations for Dutch-speaking passengers via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving booking issues promptly.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings and customer communications.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline the reservation process.
Stay informed about flight schedules, promotions, and travel updates to effectively assist clients.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) along with good English language skills.
Prior experience in customer service or reservations, particularly in the airline or hospitality sectors.
Outstanding communication abilities with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
Knowledge of airline reservations systems would be a plus.
Open to experiencing and adapting to life in Greece.
