Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate content that breaches policies or poses a risk to users or the community.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content moderation processes.
• Engage with users in a professional manner when necessary, addressing their concerns.
• Utilize reporting tools to track content moderation trends and generate reports for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform policies to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and understanding of content policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems and moderation tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
