  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to both software and hardware.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless support experience.
  • Guide clients on product usage and enlighten them about various features.
  • Keep updated on product changes, new technologies, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT customer support or technical assistance is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
