Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company’s products and services, efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with friendly and professional support.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Familiarity with customer service software is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
