As a Procurement Manager, you will be managed by
Aissatou, our Procurement Lead.
You will spend your time on both sourcing and Purchase-to-Pay tasks.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Procurement Manager at Qonto, you will
• Negotiate supplier offers: in the frame of your sourcing tasks: especially contract renewals and RFPs, you will have the opportunity to negotiate with multiple suppliers in several categories: Product, IT services, but also HR services, Workplace & Events, Professional Services, Marketing & Communication Services.
• Manage procurement processes: in the frame of Purchase-to-Pay tasks, you will also be in daily interaction with the Account Payable team and will be in charge of reviewing purchase requests, supplier onboarding, and supporting Qontoers in their purchasing journey while reporting metrics.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, effectively communicating procurement's value.
• Contribute to team goals through curiosity, proactivity, and continuous improvement.

🤝 About your future Manager
Your manager will be
Aissatou who is in charge of the Procurement team.
Her background? After experiences in the railway and automotive industry as a Buyer, she made a first step in a tech environment within leboncoin/Adevinta, before joining Qonto as a Procurement Expert in July 2023 and then switch to Procurement Lead in January 2023.
What do they bring to the team? Together with the rest of the Group FP&A and Procurement team, Aissatou’s mission is to support, guide and drive sustainable and profitable growth and efficiency across Qonto.
🏅About You
• Experience: You are able to manage an end-to-end procurement process efficiently thanks to at least 3 years of experience in Procurement, ideally in the tech industry or relevant industrial sectors.
• Languages: You speak fluently in English. French, Spanish, German or Italian are a plus.
• Analytical skills: you excel at analyzing and assessing supplier performance, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiation and communication: your ability to negotiate and communicate effectively will be key in forging strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability: in our fast-paced environment, your flexibility and prioritization skills will help you manage multiple projects
• On top of that, you are curious, pro-active and have a team player spirit.
