Overview

The SAP Ariba Senior Developer plays a crucial role in the organization, leading the development and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions. This position is essential in overseeing the design, configuration, and integration of SAP Ariba modules to meet the business requirements of the organization. The Senior Developer interfaces with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company's procurement and supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Customize, configure, and integrate SAP Ariba modules to enhance functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Ariba solutions.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving issues related to SAP Ariba applications.
Facilitate the integration of SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms.
Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and stability of SAP Ariba solutions.
Conduct system maintenance, performance tuning, and upgrades for SAP Ariba applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and address user requirements and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP Ariba solutions and technologies.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a SAP Ariba Developer or similar role, demonstrating successful implementation and customization of SAP Ariba solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Buying.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and SAP Ariba Network Integration.
Strong understanding of SAP Ariba APIs and integration methods (SOAP, REST, OData).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, with the ability to align SAP Ariba solutions with business requirements.
Certification in SAP Ariba or relevant SAP modules is a plus.
Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
