Job description

 

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Research, Lead Generation & Sales Specialist

This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, conduct call/email outreach and appointment setting.

Salary Range:  Up to 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an SDR, AE, sales representative, or similar role in sales.
  • 2+ years of Experience with lead generation tools for prospecting and list building (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc)
  • Experience with Outreach activities via Calls and Emails
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-facing sales experience over video call.

Core Tasks: 

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential for sales conversion.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Present products or services to prospects and articulate their benefits.
  • Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
  • Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow-up
  • Manage outreach to warm prospects yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
  • Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide training and support to customers to facilitate product adoption.
  • Manage and track customer account details and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc.
