Position Overview 

 

Leap is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will support various marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on event coordination, email marketing, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong and creative writer, an organized planner, and a proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, partner events, webinars, masterclasses, and other events.
    • Coordinate logistics, prepare marketing materials, pre- and post-show communications and manage event timelines.
    • Support on-site activities when needed, including booth setup and teardown.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Create and schedule engaging social media content across Leap's platforms.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
    • Track and report on social media performance, suggesting strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
    • Write compelling email content and subject lines, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
    • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Write and edit marketing copy for various channels, including newsletters, social media, and event communications.
    • Support the content team in maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain an organized marketing calendar to keep the team informed of upcoming events, campaigns, and content schedules.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or home improvement industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube) and content management tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot) is mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • 20-30% travel
