Job description

Your mission
We are seeking a driven and experienced Outbound Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, utilizing phone calls and digital tools to engage with potential clients and secure new business opportunities. 
 
Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and utilize LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth.

Lead Management:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads to maximize conversion rates.

Sales Strategy:
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Regularly analyse and report on sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and processes.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a related role with B2B clients
  • Preferably experience in Sales functions with Software/SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other digital tools for lead generation.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
