Job Description

As a Customer Support and Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, managing support inquiries and driving sales through various channels. You’ll work with a dynamic e-commerce platform, engage with customers on social media, and play a crucial role in influencer marketing campaigns. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, sales, and digital marketing responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer support inquiries through multiple channels
  • Handle order releases on the company’s e-commerce platform
  • Engage with potential customers as a DM setter on Instagram
  • Assist in closing sales and inform customers about promotions
  • Create and send draft orders to influencers via Shopify
  • Respond to AI-generated chat conversations from ad clicks
  • Process 10-20 customer messages daily
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and boost sales
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  • Proficiency in Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
