Location: Remote (Manila Time, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sydney Time) Three month duration only

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team. The role is pivotal in providing full-time administrative support, specifically in managing the collection and monitoring of compliance documentation for new starters. The position involves setting up new staff via Employment Hero (EH), ensuring all compliance obligations are met, and providing administrative support during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collect, monitor, and manage compliance documentation for new hires using Trello.
● Assist in setting up new staff in Employment Hero (EH) during peak times, following up via email, text, and phone calls as needed.
● Review the onboarding process for candidates and finalize them during busy periods.
● Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, particularly during high-volume periods.
● Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Purpose of the Position:
To provide consistent, full-time administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the efficient collection and monitoring of new starter compliance obligations, and assisting in the smooth onboarding of candidates once all compliance requirements are satisfied.

Key Accountabilities:
● Support the Talent Acquisition team in collecting and verifying compliance documentation/certifications for new hires.
● Ensure efficient onboarding of candidates once compliance obligations are fulfilled.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Maintain consistent progress and ensure the efficient onboarding of new starters in a timely manner.
● Measure the time taken to achieve a compliant candidate, ready for onboarding.

Requirements:
● A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
● Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of candidates efficiently.
● Strong technical skills to navigate and switch between various platforms and systems.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
● Patient, warm, and approachable personality.
