Job Summary:

We're seeking an AI Integration Specialist to drive innovation and efficiency within our customer office. Your primary focus will be to leverage your AI expertise and business acumen to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance our customer experience and streamline operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our AI strategy, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our premium services teams to identify areas for AI implementation, gather requirements, and define clear objectives.

  • AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions (primarily Amazon Q) into existing systems and workflows, leveraging APIs to build connections with our services teams' tools.

  • Solution Development: Translate business requirements into AI-driven applications, utilizing prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance.

  • Technical Implementation: Assist in the development and deployment of scripts and applications to embed AI into our processes, utilizing your Python programming skills.

  • Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Proofpoint's AI/ML team to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives within the customer office.

  • AI Adoption: Drive AI adoption across customer-facing teams through targeted support, guidance, and showcasing the value of AI solutions.

  • Data Strategy: Identify opportunities to enhance our data strategy, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance for optimal AI performance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI solution performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies, particularly in Generative AI and customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree in a business, technical, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or business analyst role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, including its challenges, impacts, and capabilities.

  • Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and Python programming.

  • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Amazon Q or ChatGPT.

  • Strong business acumen, able to identify process improvement opportunities and articulate the business value of AI solutions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate in a corporate environment.

  • Self-starter with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience implementing Generative AI to drive business efficiency.

  • Understanding and experience working with customer-facing teams, such as professional services or customer success.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 128,940.00 - 202,620.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 106,750.00 - 167,750.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 96,320.00 - 151,360.00 USD
