[Moderation Department 소개]

하이퍼커넥트는 사람과 사람 사이를 연결하는 서비스에 머신러닝 기술이 효율적으로 풀 수 있는 문제들을 찾아내고 해결하여 사용자 경험을 혁신해왔습니다. Moderation department 는 그 중에서도 수년간 축적된 머신러닝 기술 경험을 활용하여 유저들이 서비스 내에서 안전하고 건강한 경험을 할 수 있도록 돕는 것에 집중합니다. 이 같은 목표를 위해 PM, Ops, ML Software engineer, ML engineer 분들이 함께 일하고 있습니다. 


[Moderation Production Team 소개]

Moderation Department 실의 Moderation Production Team은 서비스의 safety를 위한 플랫폼 제품 및 프로젝트를 기획 및 관리합니다. 그리고 이 과정에 필요한 모든 운영 프로세스를 책임집니다. 유저들이 서비스 내에서 안전하고 건강한 경험을 하는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 유해한 경험을 사전에 잘 차단하는 등의 안전장치들을 활용하여 유저들을 보호하는 것이 중요합니다. 이를 위해서 저희 조직에선 AI를 활용해서 이러한 safety 기능을 만들거나, AI 모델을 더 잘 만들기위한 파이프라인, 플랫폼, 프로젝트 등을 다루고 있습니다. 구성원은 PM 과 오퍼레이션 담당자분들로 이루어져 있습니다. 그 중 PM은 Moderation 제품과 프로젝트들이 보다 성공적으로 만들어지고 운영될 수 있도록 풀어야하는 문제들을 정의합니다. 그리고 풀 수 있는 단위의 업무들로 나누어 일을 진행할 수 있도록 하며, 개발 외의 blocker 들을 직접 해결해나가고 있습니다.

Responsibilities
  • Develop services and platforms that support moderation for both Hyperconnect's brand and Match Group brands.
  • Collaborate with Match Group to carry out tasks that aim to meet global standards for Trust & Safety (T&S). To achieve this, work with Match Group brands to clearly define problem statements and establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Hyperconnect's machine learning engineers and ML software engineers to conceptualize and implement the most effective AI solutions. Additionally, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions on time

  • Constantly monitor and analyze project progress, performance, and potential risks, and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork in the AI Production team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI industry trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure informed recommendations for project strategy and execution.

    • Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for at least + 3 years, possessing strong management skills and a background in service planning
  • Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI, Web application and technologies.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and SQL queries.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of leading business meetings and facilitating technical discussions with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with mutiple teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience working on enterprise products, preferable in the AI domain.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
