As a Retail Media Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in building impactful media campaigns that drive brand success at Dan Murphy's and BWS. You'll be a trusted advisor to our supplier partners, leveraging your expertise to develop tailored solutions and achieve their marketing objectives.

  • Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
  • Drive revenue growth: Secure investment from existing and new suppliers, converting their marketing budgets into successful campaigns.
  • Campaign development: Leverage data and insights to design and execute effective retail media campaigns for brands.
  • Collaborative partnership: Work closely with category teams to understand their needs, report on campaign performance, and align on priorities.
  • Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for your assigned categories.
  • Media operations expertise: Ensure accurate and timely reporting for sales and leads, maintaining alignment with campaign goals and business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Relationship builder: You excel at building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales prowess: You have a proven track record of successfully growing multi-channel media sales.
  • Industry knowledge: You are passionate about the diverse brands within the liquor industry.
  • Communication skills: You can effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, adapting your style as needed.
  • Negotiation & presentation: You are confident in presenting and negotiating proposals to secure client buy-in.
  • Client service excellence: You have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • You'll have 5+ years of Sales and Account Management experience.
