JOB OVERVIEW

The focus of the role will be managing, sustaining, and growing paid search so we are looking for someone with experience and ambition in this area, and the role will also include some exposure to paid ad campaigns on Google Display Network and other ad networks as and when required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Google Ads

  • Conceptualizing and setting up advertising campaigns using the Google Ads platform such including but not limited to Google Search, Google Display Partners, and Google Mobile Ads
  • Optimization and A/B testing of Google Ads to be run to increase efficiency, effectivity, and reduce cost
  • Leads the collection and preparation of data through efficient data management, analysis, and visualization that will help support operations and marketing campaigns. Data analytics reports are to be shared on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conducting regular research on keywords along with the curation and generation of a list of keyword phrases for Google Adwords
  • Ability to conduct geo-targeting, demographic targeting, identification of audience, remarketing, and management of an effective conversion rate
  • Effectively and efficiently lower cost per click and cost per lead/sale while balancing proper brand direction and voice
  • Constantly finding innovative ideas that will help create better awareness, engagement, and traction for the company.

SEO

  • Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports
  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Running PPC campaigns
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
  • Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
  • Developing link-building strategies
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid staying within search engine guidelines
  • Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
  • Manages social media communications and interactions including chat interactions and the comments sections on Facebook, LinkedIn, Messenger, Twitter, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Relations, Sales, HR, Recruitment, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for an audience
  • interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits and increase brand awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

SEO

  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Familiarization Google analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

Google Ads

  • Minimum 3-4 yrs. Experience in creating and managing Ad campaigns.
  • Have strong English speaking and writing skills (preferably exp in Australian/English writing)
  • Have an understanding of the Australian market (preferred)
  • Creating and managing Google Search Ads/text ads
  • Creating and managing Google Ads for E-commerce websites
  • Google Shopping Ads
  • Google Display Ads
  • Knowledge with Google Analytics
  • Generating reporting and able to explain the performance of a campaign in detail when the client needs it.
  • Proven track record/portfolio of building success with ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing overall is a bonus (Eg SEO, social ads, websites etc etc)
