Job Description:

Reporting to the National Director, Marketing and Communications, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and digital enablement by providing strategy and capability recommendations and assist in enablement of digital outcomes. Leveraging your digital strategy expertise, you will partner closely with internal and external teams to execute on experiences that support our digital strategy and deliver business results.

This role ensures users have a seamless, engaging, and satisfying experience with all our digital platforms while effectively meeting our business objectives. Works with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure platforms meet business needs. Evaluates site content and different areas of the site for ease of use, accessibility, customer acquisitions, and sales funnel conversion.

  • Establishes scalable processes to support strategic business objectives.

  • Supports and manages agency vendors to help execute strategic projects.

  • Makes recommendations and implements changes to enable continuous site improvements and sales funnel conversion. 

  • Analyzes web performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize sites and mobile experiences.

  • Contributes best practice solutions to support a content strategy that resonates with the target audiences for the overall marketing team’s business objectives.

  • Optimizes content layout and page design to deliver relevant and valuable information to users at various touchpoints.

  • Collaborates with agencies, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Ensures end-to-end accessibility solutions are in place for all digital properties. Identifies issues and works with teams to remediate and validate remediation.

  • Engages in user research to gain insights into user preferences, behavior, and pain points.

  • Executes multi-channel digital and email marketing campaigns, incorporating testing, measurement, and analytics to optimize performance and ROI, with a focus on customer lead generation.

  • Develop and analyze digital marketing KPIs across the tech stack, leveraging insights to maximize lead conversion performance, unify sales and marketing data, and execute marketing programs for incremental revenue.

  • Own and manage the website - working directly with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to enact website updates, improve its design, and develop new content that enhances UX.

  • Manage social sites, including but not limited to; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Canva and HubSpot are required manage social and digital platforms.

  • Update and manage SEO on Google My Business pages.

  • Own overall quality of end reporting result in terms of accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Provide regular reports on website, social and email campaign performance.

  • Conduct A/B testing to continually improve results.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful track record of digital/inbound marketing including: marketing automation, journey mapping, virtual event marketing, website content development, and online marketing strategies.

  • 3+ years experience operating in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)

  • Experience creating and implementing successful demand creation, lead nurturing and customer retention programs.

  • Experience with email and marketing automation tools, analytics and conversion tools, ad-servers, programmatic and remarketing.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages,

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.

  • Proven expertise in integrated digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, and PPC, along with proficiency in website design, marketing tech stacks, and CRM platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights for optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI.

  • Strong project management skills and a bias for action to set and meet project deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills, presentation, verbal and written.
