Job description

Join our dynamic team at East Side Games, a leading player in the mobile gaming industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to drive our user acquisition strategies and contribute to the growth of our player base.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our user base and driving the success of our mobile games. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition campaigns across various channels, optimizing performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as social media, ad networks, and other relevant platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage user acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze user acquisition performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and analytics, to align user acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform and enhance user acquisition strategies.
  • Creativity: Develop creative and engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences and enhances user acquisition efforts.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and insightful reports on user acquisition metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance to key stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, games, or another direct response business.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry is a plus.

Compensation Range: $73K-$91K per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
