Job description

Responsibilities:

The candidate will provide strategic advisory and mission support services to a federal health agency. Work includes program support, enterprise governance, policy development, financial management, strategic planning and implementation, business process reengineering (BPR), and performance management. Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, optimize efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance to comply with Federal laws and regulations.
During this full-time assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges facing Federal healthcare clients. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

  • Collaborates with staff across workstreams to support the client and project team in the development and implementation of transformational program support
  • Develops strategies to solve complex technical, and operational strategies for our healthcare clients
  • Contributes to development of team’s industry acumen and capabilities through contributions to internal firm initiatives
  • Collaborates with colleagues and clients to design strategy and improvements to current operations
  • Communicates effectively and persuasively to help drive change and enhancements in project management for a client organization

What You Will Do:

  • This position will play a critical role in leading a team for management consulting projects, from project initiation, through analysis, solutions development, implementation, and closeout; projects can span organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, change management and strategic communications, as well as direct-mission support to federal health clients. This position will provide guidance and support for project deliverables and quality assurance efforts.
Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in strategy, organizational transformation, policy development, risk management, financial management, process improvement, project/program management, maternal health, or enterprise governance
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Position contingent upon contract award.
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr. EEO:
