  • Assist Czech-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel adventures in Greece.
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and itineraries tailored to client preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) delivering exceptional service.
  • Address and resolve any travel-related queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
  • Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, promotions, and opportunities in Greece.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
