Job description

The job of a Recruitment Specialist Non IT (Tamil BPO HR recruiter) is to find, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions in a company. Some of their responsibilities include:

Identifying staffing needs: Working with hiring managers to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for the role
Writing job descriptions: Writing and posting job descriptions, and updating them as needed
Sourcing candidates: Using various methods to source and attract potential candidates, such as posting job advertisements, searching job boards and databases, attending job fairs, and using social media platforms
Screening and interviewing candidates: Screening resumes and conducting interviews with potential candidates, whether in person or on call
Presenting a shortlist of candidates: Presenting a shortlist of candidates to management
Providing reports: Providing reports to the HR management team after tracking metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
