Job description

Key tasks:

  • Payment transaction management
  • Interaction with payment providers.
  • Optimization of payment processes
  • Working with returns and disputed transactions
  • Monitoring security standards.

    Responsibilities:
  • Payment Process Management and Interaction with Payment Service Providers (PSP): Ensuring smooth operation of payment systems for the online casino and betting platform, maintaining reliable cooperation with PSP, taking into account the specifics of the Philippines and Southeast Asia market.
  • Payment solutions setup, integration and technical support: Includes cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and alternative payment methods popular in Southeast Asia.
  • Project management for connecting new payment providers and payment methods: Working with API, technical setup and support of new solutions to ensure the availability of local payment methods.
  • Optimization of conversion of successful payments: Analysis of reasons for failures, development and implementation of measures to increase the share of successful transactions.
  • Transaction monitoring and analysis: Identification and resolution of problems with payment processing, minimization of risks and prevention of errors, taking into account local features of payment systems.
  • Payment and Customer Activity Data Analysis: Identifying trends, analyzing user payment behavior in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian markets, developing recommendations to improve financial performance and implement new payment methods.
  • Coordinating with technical teams of payment solution providers: Resolving issues, optimizing integrations, and maintaining setup documentation.
  • Coordinating with development, support, and finance teams: Ensuring the integration of payment systems into the overall platform and resolving issues.
  • Providing high-level support to users on payment issues: Organizing training for employees related to payment processes and coordinating with the support department to resolve customer issues.
