We are looking for an energetic Payments Product Manager for our Israel region. This role is a part of our Growth teams to design product, processes and help growing the number of students.

The best candidates for this position thrive on objective positivity, personal accountability, and love the challenge of lateral problem solving.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain informative dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and financial flows.
  • Analyze data and visualize findings to make informed decision-making easier and more impactful.
  • Manage projects and processes, including planning, task distribution, and deadline enforcement.
  • Automate routine processes and systematize requests from the sales department.
  • Efficiently manage time and priorities to optimize workflows and increase productivity.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role or related fields, preferably within the payment systems industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Excellent project and process management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and identify key product growth and optimization opportunities.
  • High level of communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, spoken Russian, Hebrew is an advantage.
