Customer Support and Order Dispatch Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support and Order Dispatch Specialist to handle incoming customer inquiries, oversee order dispatch, and provide exceptional customer service. This role primarily involves managing phone orders, responding to customer chats, and ensuring that all orders are properly dispatched. As this position involves inbound customer interactions, there will be idle periods during non-peak hours, but you must remain prepared and focused.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with order placement.
  • Manage the dispatching of orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering product information.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure they are processed and dispatched correctly.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize idle time effectively to organize tasks, update records, or provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or order dispatching is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently during both busy and idle periods.
  • Familiarity with phone systems, live chat tools, and order management software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Work Schedule:

  • Agent 1
  • Sunday 4pm to 12am Central with a 30-minute unpaid break
  • Monday off
  • Tuesday to Thursday 4pm to 10pm Central
  • Friday to Saturday 4pm to 1am Central with a 30-minute unpaid break
  • 42.5 hours a week

  • Agent 2
  • Sunday to Tuesday 4pm to 10pm Central with a 30-minute unpaid break
  • Wednesday off
  • Thursday 4pm to 10pm Central
  • Friday to Saturday 4pm to 1am Central with a 30-minute unpaid break
  • 41 hours a week
