Job description

cBEYONData is seeking a Senior Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Analyst to support our federal customer's multi-domain technology platform which offers military and business decision makers, analysts, and users at all levels unprecedented access to authoritative enterprise data and structured analytics in a scalable, reliable, and secure environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Financial Management Analyst to join our team in a client-facing role. As a key member of our DoD financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your DoD financial management knowledge and expertise in Databricks, Qlik, SAP-FM, and Oracle.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Qlik, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle to analyze financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance and support to end-users.
Conduct thorough financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.
Offer financial advisory services to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on your expert analysis.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DoD financial management and technology, providing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance is required for this role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Financial Management Analyst, within DoD Headquarters or DoD Components
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Databricks, Qlik, and Oracle with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
CDFM, CGFM, or DoD FM Certification, or proficiency in Python coding is a plus
