Key Responsibilities
  • Field emergency calls from Slovak-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.
  • Collect relevant information to assess and prioritize their needs.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure efficient and prompt assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the assistance process.
  • Document interactions accurately to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Suggest improvements based on feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service delivery.
