Patrique Mercier Recruitment invites you to kickstart your career with our Slovak Roadside Assistance position in Greece! As part of this exciting opportunity, we offer a flight to Greece along with 2 weeks of hotel accommodation, providing you a smooth transition into your new role.

In this position, you will be assisting Slovak-speaking customers in need of roadside support, ensuring they receive the help they need quickly and effectively. This role combines your love for problem-solving with your passion for helping others in challenging situations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls from Slovak-speaking customers.
  • Gather essential information to evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate response.
  • Collaborate with service providers to arrange for timely assistance.
  • Keep customers updated on service status and expected arrival times.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately to maintain clear communication and operational efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
