  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and travel-related issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions for seamless follow-up.
  • Stay updated on the latest airline promotions, travel trends, and destination highlights.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
  • A passion for travel and a desire to build a career in the industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
