Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking clients in booking flights and crafting individualized travel itineraries to meet their needs.
  • Provide in-depth advice on travel destinations, flights, and exclusive services offered by the airline.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels—telephone, email, and chat—ensuring a personalized experience for each client.
  • Quickly and effectively address any travel-related inquiries or issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise records of bookings and customer interactions for efficient service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest airline promotions, travel trends, and relevant industry news to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, the travel sector, or related fields is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and travel management software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as required.
