Program Overview
McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team at INVIVA. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the business side of our operations, focusing on revenue generation and business analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with our business operations team to support invoicing processes and generate insightful reports on business trends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in invoicing customers using our Salesforce patient scheduling system.
- Generate, analyze, and present reports on business trends and performance metrics.
- Support the business operations team in various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency.
- Learn and apply best practices in business operations and finance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a relative field.
- Strong interest in business operations and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
