Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

This position is within the Value & Implementation (V&I) Quality & Standards Team. The Q&S Team is responsible for the overall management of the V&I Quality Management System (QMS), which includes process and training of Procedural Documents, risk management, controls, issues management, and continuous improvement.

The intern will support the Q&S Team on a variety of QMS related initiatives in support of the V&I Medical Operations group and the V&I organization at large. This includes supporting internal quality initiatives related to SOPs, audits, and issues management. The intern may also be responsible for creating V&I QMS dashboards and data visualizations that may be shared with internal stakeholders.

We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Candidate must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a graduate degree in a science, business, technology or other related field.

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) consecutive weeks beginning in June of 2025.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must have proficiency in MS tools and applications (e.g. Power BI, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and shared collaboration tools and sites

  • Candidates must have strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills

  • Candidates must have experience with generating metrics, creating dashboards and data visualization

  • Candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025

  • Manage timelines/track deliverables, facilitate meetings, and overall project management.

  • Assist in the development of quality metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports utilizing visualization methods (e.g. Power BI, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Create efficiencies for the Q&S Team team through automation and reporting of data reports.

  • Create reports within Procedural Documents system of record.

  • Assist with the development of IT systems and solutions to enable efficient execution of the V&I QMS.

  • Potential additional projects to support other associated groups within V&I Operations in support of the V&I organization.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

 $39,600.00 - $105,500.00
