Job description

What we are looking for:

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team.

 

The Training Coordinator is responsible for implementing and scheduling training plans for customers which includes content management and creation and learning materials. You will design and produce custom training classes and eLearning modules.

 

Location: Remote with 0-10% travel to client sites across the United States. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

 

 

The successful candidate will be accountable to:

 

  • Organize and conduct event planning for training sessions for on-site and virtual delivery
  • Coordinate and support trainers and other staff to ensure a high-quality product including slides, hand-outs, exercises, and user manuals
  • Engage with technical software development teams to produce release notes, user guides, manuals, and training slides that communicate instructions and guidance to end-users
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed

 

 

What you bring:

Experience, Education & Training: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Business Administration
  • 3+ years in the training field
  • Experience working on multiple projects and initiatives
  • Experience with eLearning creation and publishing
  • "Required" Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
  • Knowledge of learning theory and best practices
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to write instructional content; excellent writing skills
  • Effectively communicate complex information
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Google Business Services (Docs, Drive, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

 

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
