About You

Nutrafol is looking for an Associate Email Designer to join our Retention Marketing Team. In this role you will be responsible for the technical creation of highly specialized emails that support our brand and marketing objectives.

Strong understanding of branding as expressed through consistent Design, Typography, Layout, and use of Photography. Working knowledge of Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to marketing strategy by conducting design research and proposing design ideas for email concepts
  • Design consistent and compelling expressions of the company's brand identity and follow email best practices, to ensure projects adhere to specifications and standards, including mobile
  • Manage all projects from start to finish in order to meet established deadlines
  • Partner with other graphic designers and take on ad hoc design projects, as needed
  • Test, check and integrate all creative and data considerations for our campaigns
  • Work closely with creative team on information architecture, usability and best practices in email design
  • Present component-based design solutions of email library 
  • Provide design support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with a creative marketing firm is beneficial.
  • Experience working with Figma to build templates
  • Email Designer to execute on best-in-class templates to drive customer engagement and brand affinity
  • Maintain and execute on fully responsive email templates via best in class HTML/CSS/ for various lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Integrate dynamic and personalized content elements leveraging data from our messaging automation platform and other data sources
  • Coordinate with CRM managers and design resources to procure creative assets
  • Perform thorough quality assurance on every email to ensure that messages are rendering error free and that dynamic content is populating as expected

Experience & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience with email design
  • Extensive experience with responsive email coding and best practices
  • Experience with Iterable
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate tests
  • Exceptional attention to detail and technical execution skills
  • Track record of delivering on goals in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
  • Excellent project and time management skills and ability to anticipate needs
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also able to collaborate and work cross-functionally to problem solve and drive projects to completion
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$70,000$80,000 USD
