Staff Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of CareHub, our value-based care delivery and practice management software. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in building products for inter-disciplinary clinical teams and is eager to take on challenging yet rewarding tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker and execution-focused leader with experience in healthcare technology, specifically in value-based care, EMRs, and care delivery models.

Our analytics platform synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. We empower care providers to mitigate high risk events and equip executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data.   

In This Role You Will: 

Product Leadership & Vision 

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the care delivery platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals for value-based care and full-risk management. 

• Partner with senior leadership, clinical teams, and stakeholders to understand customer needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare. 

• Lead the integration of EMR functionalities to ensure seamless care coordination, population health management, and interoperability with external systems. 
• Develop goals and associated KPIs to understand the impact of your team’s work and iterate on launches. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to translate product requirements into scalable and high-impact solutions. 

• Work closely with implementation, sales, and support teams to ensure the product meets the needs of end-users and customers in a value-based care environment. 

• Serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care, EMR workflows, and care delivery models. 

User-Centered Development 

• Champion the voice of the customer and patient throughout the product development process. 

• Prioritize features that enhance adoption, engagement and the ability for the product to scale efficiently. 

• Drive product design and development using Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and iteration.

• Engage with leadership to ensure roadmaps and strategies are supporting Intus Care goals and outcomes. 

• Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders 

• Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management. 

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a healthcare environment, preferably in a startup setting. 

• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex healthcare products. 

• Hands-on experience with value-based care models, risk-sharing agreements, and population health management tools. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams. 

• Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products. 

• Comfortable collaborating effectively with engineering teams. 

• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery. 

• Must reside in the United States of America.

Salary Range: $155,000 – $165,000
