Job description

This is a remote position.

As an AEM Sites Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions tailored for our life sciences projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital platforms meet industry standards and regulatory requirements while providing an exceptional user experience.

Requirements
Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient AEM architectures that align with business objectives in the life sciences domain.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AEM solutions that meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for AEM development, including component design, content modelling, and SEO strategies.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM sites, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Integration: Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools) to enhance functionality and data flow.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
Experience in the life sciences domain, with knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

AEM certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) is a plus.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
