Title: Paid Search Analyst
Direct Manager Title: Search Supervisor 

The Role 
The Paid Search Analyst is a core member of the Unlock Health media team and leads the day-to-day management of performance-driven campaigns. As a Paid Search Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing successful paid search campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the agency and with our clients. 

What You’ll Do

  • Paid search strategy and execution
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Develop campaigns across various search engines (keywords, ad groups, ad copy)
  • Optimizations, reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of paid search experience
  • Experience in applying search marketing to brand-building & direct response initiatives
  • Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources
  • Enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams
  • Passion for the digital space and the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of the paid search (SA360, Google, Bing, Apple Ads) landscape, platforms and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Thrives in an ever-changing landscape while fostering an environment that allows others to love what they are doing
