Job Overview:
As the General Marketing Manager/Campaign Manager for our hunt product lines, you will partner with the Brand Director to lead the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive product awareness and sales. You will manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that campaigns for our outdoor, hunting, and trail cameras are delivered on time and within budget. A passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of our customer base will be essential as you bring Tactacam’s innovative products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Hunt/Trail Camera product line, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital, PR, and product marketing, to deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to develop visuals and messaging that resonate with the hunting and wildlife communities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth in the hunting and outdoor markets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and outdoor-related products.
  • A passion for the outdoors, hunting, and wildlife, with a strong understanding of the customer base in this space.
