Description

Are you ready to make a difference? MIND Education, the creators of ST Math, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team! The inside sales team is seeking a personable, energetic, SDR, capable of thoughtful research and outreach when connecting with different decision makers at the district level. You'll find collaboration and resources across every team and department at MIND to achieve personal/ shared company goals and of course, our mission!

Life in the role:

  • You’ll focus on outbound prospecting into school districts across the U.S. with leads that are provided to you

  • You will book qualified discovery calls / demonstrations, and work closely with your Education Partnership Managers with a goal of 2 demos booked/day

  • Your manager will connect with you for 1:1 coaching that focuses on helping you improve through call reviews, role-playing, and more

  • Strategically confirming booked meetings while re-establishing value with prospects to ensure they show up

  • You’ll help drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling and email efforts

  • Consistently and accurately update your activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce

 

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous cold calling experience (EdTech or teaching experience is a plus!)

  • Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales

  • Thoughtful investigating while prospecting into accounts

  • Ability to self-motivate and succeed in a fast-paced role

  • Willingness to ask for help and an openness to being coached

  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

  • Committed to winning as a team
